What exactly is OrderDS?
A dropshipping automation workspace for eBay and Shopify sellers. It brings product research, supplier importing, listing, price and stock monitoring, and order management into one dashboard — under one subscription that covers every channel.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up and you get 14 days at full Starter limits: 1 store, 50 live listings, monitoring every 12 hours. No card is taken. If the trial ends without a plan, your access simply pauses — nothing is charged and your data is kept for a grace period in case you return.
Do I pay extra for eBay and Shopify?
Never. Every plan — Starter, Pro and Business — includes both channels. Stores pool across channels, so you can mix eBay and Shopify stores however suits your business.
Which eBay marketplaces can I sell on?
All ten we support: US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Canada and Australia. You choose the marketplace when you connect each eBay store, and analytics stay separated per store and currency.
Which suppliers can I import products from?
AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping and Banggood are built into the app. Fifteen additional suppliers are supported through our free browser extensions, which import products while you browse the supplier’s own site.
Does OrderDS place orders with suppliers for me?
OrderDS prepares everything: the order is matched to the right supplier product and variant, and supplier details sit one click away. You confirm the purchase with the supplier, then tracking syncs back to your buyer automatically once it is available.
What happens when a supplier raises a price?
Monitoring catches the change on its next check and applies your rules — adjust your listing price to protect the margin you set, or pause the listing if the numbers stop working. You are never left selling at a loss in silence.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in a couple of clicks from your billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and there are no cancellation fees. See the Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.
Is my store data safe?
Stores connect through each platform’s official secure sign-in, so we never see or store your marketplace password. Connection permissions can be revoked by you at any time, from either side. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is stored and why.
I’m brand new to dropshipping. Is this for me?
