Terms of Service

1. The Service

OrderDS provides online tools for dropshipping sellers, including product research, supplier importing, listing management, price and stock monitoring, and order management for connected eBay and Shopify stores. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use OrderDS on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
• One account may connect the number of stores allowed by its plan.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial at Starter plan limits. No payment card is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, paid features pause unless you choose a plan. Trials are offered once per person or business; we may withdraw trial access where this is abused.

4. Plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance: Starter $19, Pro $49, Business $99 (USD), excluding any taxes that apply in your region.
• Every plan includes all supported sales channels. Plan limits apply to connected stores and live listings as shown on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Connected stores and third-party platforms

OrderDS connects to eBay, Shopify and supplier services at your direction. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them — including marketplace rules on dropshipping, dispatch times and product eligibility. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take on your accounts, for changes they make to their services, or for interruptions on their side.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• List products you are not permitted to sell, or products that infringe another party’s intellectual property or other rights.
• Use the Service to send spam, deceive buyers, or misrepresent products, prices or dispatch times.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside a responsible disclosure to us.
• Copy, resell or provide access to the Service itself to third parties outside your own business.
• Use automation against the Service in ways that overload it or circumvent plan limits.

7. Your content

Product data, listing content and settings you create or import remain yours. You grant us the permission needed to store, process and transmit that content to your connected stores and suppliers in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Figures presented as estimates — including research and demand data — are provided for guidance and are not guarantees of sales or profit. We may add, change or retire features; where a change materially reduces a paid plan’s core functionality, we will give reasonable notice.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderDS is provided “as is”. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or marketplace account penalties, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are materially breached, where required by law, or where continued use would put the Service or other users at risk. Where practical, we will warn you first and explain why.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
